The Knurling Tool #1 is an adjustable H-type, spring-loaded clamp tool with a maximum capacity of 2" (50mm). It features a 3/8" square shank (3-1/8" long) and knurls measuring 3/4" in diameter with a 1/4" hole. A smaller rod with an additional spring allows for reduced capacity by re-bolting the knurling arms into lower inner holes. Made of tool steel, the body is paired with EN31 grade tool steel knurls, hardened to 52+/-3 HRC for durability. The Knurling Tool #2 is a sturdy V-clamp type tool designed for use with standard quick-change tool posts, including Myford, Boxford, ML7 series, and similar lathes. It accommodates a knurling capacity of 5-20mm and has a 3/8" x 3/8" x 2-1/4" holder size. Fitted with left and right-hand medium pitch diagonal knurls, it forms a diamond texture on the workpiece. Like the first tool, its body is made from tool steel, and the knurls are EN31 grade, hardened to 52+/-3 HRC. It also includes 2 extra pairs of knurls for added versatility.
